What is Yoga?

Yoga is an holistic practice for health. Allowing the body to restore, heal, strengthen, open and release through the Yoga practice. The foundation of Yoga is in the mental practice of bringing one’s focus to the present moment, allowing the mind to become still and less identified with incessant thinking. With continued practice, one becomes more relaxed, less stressed, less reactionary, and experiences themselves beyond thought, beyond identity, beyond attachment.

Feel the space that is within all of us that is Truth, Beauty, Love.
